The Rolex Cellini ref. 3811 is one of the more unusual vintage Cellinis because of its square case. Measuring roughly 22.5mm across, it uses Rolex's manual-winding calibre 1600 and was produced in precious metal.

The square architecture gives the watch a much more formal and architectural appearance than the rounded Cellini designs that became more common later.

It is an Icon because the 3811 demonstrates that Cellini was never simply a smaller round Rolex — it was a platform for design experimentation.
