How long will my Rolex listing stay live?
Your Rolex listing will remain live on Crown Exchange for as long as the watch is available for sale. There is no fixed time limit on your listing. Once your Rolex sells, or you decide to withdraw it from sale, simply let us know and we’ll remove the listing from the marketplace.
Can I change my asking price after my Rolex is listed?
Yes. If you want to adjust your asking price or update any of the information in your listing, simply contact us with the changes. We’ll update the listing for you so that buyers always see the latest price and details for your Rolex.
What happens when a buyer is interested in my Rolex?
When a buyer has a question about your Rolex, we’ll pass the enquiry on to you and then relay your response back to the buyer. Once the buyer decides to proceed, the funds are sent to Crown Exchange and we guide both parties through the next steps of the transaction.
What happens after my Rolex sells?
Once you’ve agreed a sale with the buyer, we’ll guide you through the next steps. The buyer sends the funds to Crown Exchange, where they are held securely until we receive confirmation that the transaction has been completed. Once confirmation is received, your payment will be released, with payout made within 48 hours. For Free Listings, the applicable 4% selling commission is deducted from the sale. With the £99 and Featured options, there is 0% selling commission, so you keep 100% of the agreed sale price
