The Rolex Cellini Danaos ref. 4243 is the larger expression of the rounded Danaos design. Its cushion-shaped case, approximately 33mm in diameter, combines traditional precious-metal construction with the clean lines Rolex was developing for the Cellini collection.

Its manually wound calibre 1602 gives it a direct mechanical character, while the rounded case makes it particularly versatile as a modern vintage dress watch.
