The Rolex Cellini Time ref. 50605 takes the modern 39mm Cellini Time and adds a diamond-set bezel to the Everose-gold case. The result is considerably more jewellery-like than the standard 50505 while retaining the same fundamental dress-watch proportions.

The automatic movement keeps the watch mechanically straightforward, allowing the precious-metal case and diamond setting to become the defining visual features. Examples were produced with richly coloured dials, including pink and black.

It is an Icon because the 50605 shows the Cellini at its most luxurious without abandoning its understated dress-watch identity.
