The Rolex Cellini Cestello ref. 5310 is a refined cushion-shaped dress watch from the late 1990s and 2000s. Its compact case, precious-metal construction and manually wound calibre 1602 give it a distinctly traditional mechanical character.

The Cestello family was known for its polished cases, hinged lugs and variety of elegant dials, including Roman numerals and decorative materials such as mother-of-pearl.
