The Rolex Cellini ref. 6622 is a larger and more substantial Cellini from the quartz era. Its approximately 33mm yellow-gold case is combined with a clean formal dial, sapphire crystal and quartz calibre 6620.

The reference was available with a variety of dials and straps, allowing it to move between understated elegance and more decorative jewellery styling.

It is an Icon because the 6622 captures Rolex's transition into quartz while retaining the precious-metal character of the Cellini name.
