The Rolex Cellini Cellissima ref. 6671 is a compact 26mm ladies' watch created around the idea of jewellery-like elegance. Its precious-metal case, quartz movement and diamond-set bezel make it considerably more decorative than the traditional men's Cellini dress watches.

Mother-of-pearl and other decorative dials were offered, with both leather and precious-metal bracelet configurations appearing across the range.
